I'm having website issues. What can I do?

Please make sure you are following the key tips below, as this is where we see the majority of issues.

  •        Use a computer - Eventbrite isn't 100% compatible with smartphones or tablets.
  •        Try a different internet browser - We recommend Google Chrome, but you can also try Firefox
  •        Clear your browser history
