You don’t need to be a distance runner or a gym rat to do an Urban Mudder, but you should definitely be getting some regular exercise. At a minimum, we recommend you work out 3-5 days a week. Whether that’s cardio, weight lifting, or something else really depends on your goals and your personal strengths – remember, you’ll be tackling Urban Mudder as part of a team, so it’s your collective abilities that matter the most, not your individual abilities.
