How fit do you have to be to participate?

Urban Mudder courses are 5 miles and have between 12 and 15 obstacles to test strength, agility, balance, and guts.  They will challenge you physically and mentally, but with a little bit of training, a good team, and some willpower, you can finish. Urban Mudder is not timed, it’s about overcoming challenges with your teammates.
